Booking with us is easy and personalized. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a big celebration, we’ll create florals that feel just as special as your day.
STEP ONE: The consult
Okay, step one is you get engaged- yay! But now you're here, and it's time to get planning. Reach out via the contact form, and we'll send you the questionnaire to fill out. Then we will set up a meeting via zoom or phone, so we can discuss the details together and go over any questions you may have for us.
Step two: the proposal
After our meeting, we will send you a custom proposal to consider. This will include flower recommendations, a color story and mood board, and itemized pricing. We put much thought and love into our proposals; this is not a boring invoice, but a beautiful display of your vision coming together and our artisitc interpretation of it.
step three: booking
So we're a great fit and you're ready to move forward! We take a 20% deposit to secure your date and confirm that we are your florist. We will continue communication throughout the duration of your planning process, assisting you as needed. We would love to meet in person at this time, or join you for a venue walkthrough!
Step four: your wedding day
In the few months leading up to your wedding we will conduct our final design meeting, so that we can finalize details and quantities by the 30-day mark. That way, you can spend the next few weeks relaxing and let us get to work sourcing the most beautiful blooms and finally executing the designs and setup of your dreams!

The All Moments package encompasses all of life’s events; rehearsal dinners, baby and bridal showers, galas, birthdays, intimate gatherings, and more. There is no minimum spend for these events, because each one is so unique. Flowers can either be picked up from our shop, or setup by our team for a fee. Some rental pieces available. Please inquire to chat with our designers about your ideas!

The Posy Collection is a highly curated selection of designs, bringing our signature style to smaller events, where the designs are elevated and stunning, but you just don’t need as many of them. It does include setup by a small team of our designers, and access to select rental items. Covering just the basics, it's perfect for intimate weddings with a guest count of 100 or less, casual weekday weddings, or small off-season weddings.

This is an incredibly personal experience, focusing on all details start to finish, color palette nuances, specific flower choices, and coordination with your planners or other vendors to ensure an overall cohesive design aesthetic. You will get a team of designers dedicated to bringing your event to life, including meticulous setup, repurposing ceremony flowers to reception if needed, and returning at the end of the night to break down.
